Can we use EOlife together with a PEEP valve ?
Yes, EOlife is compatible for combined use with a PEEP valve. Depending on the level of PEEP you choose and the compliance of the patient’s lungs, EOlife may trigger a High Leakage alarm during the first one or two cycles. This is due to air trapping generated by the PEEP valve and will stabilize once the nominal PEEP level is reached.
